Alan
R. Rhodes,
was born in Rochester, New York in 1937. He was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1962, the
U.S. Tax Court in 1963, and the Florida State
Bar in 1989. His preparatory education was at
the University of Rochester where he received
his A.B. in 1959. Mr. Rhodes legal education was
at Columbia Law School where he received his J.D.
in 1962. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from
New York University Law School in 1963.
Mr. Rhodes joined
the firm in 1963 and has been a principal since
1967.
Mr. Rhodes is a
member of the Warren County (President 1982-83),
New York State (Member, House of Delegates, 1986-
1990) and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Rhodes’ practice
areas are Estate Planning, Taxation, Elder Law,
Corporate and Commercial Law, Estate and Trust
Administration.
