Bruce O. Lipinski,
was born in Adams, Massachusetts in 1963. He was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989 and
the Massachusetts State Bar in 1988. His preparatory
education was at Roger Williams College where
he received his B.S summa cum laude in 1984. Mr.
Lipinski’s legal education was at Albany Law School
of Union University where he received his J.D.
cum laude in 1988.
Mr. Lipinski joined
the firm in 1988 and has been a principal since
1995.
Mr. Lipinski is
a member of the Warren County Bar Association.
He is also a member of the New York State Bar
Association and a member of the Condominiums and
Cooperatives Committee of the Real Property Section
of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Lipinski’s
practice areas are Real Estate Law (including
homeowners association and offering plan matters),
Corporate and Commercial Law.
