Elisabeth
B. Mahoney,
was born in Glens Falls, New York in 1977. She was admitted to the New York
State Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York, in 2004. Her preparatory education was at Gettysburg College where she received her B.A. in 1999. Ms. Mahoney's legal education was at Albany Law School of Union University where she received her J.D. in 2003. While in Law school, she was a member of the Albany Law Review (2001-2003)
Ms. Mahoney joined the firm in 2003 as an associate attorney.
Ms. Mahoney is a member of the New York State Bar, Warren County Bar and Adirondack Chapter of the Women's Bar Associations.
She is also a member of The Estate Planning Council
of Eastern New York.
Ms. Mahoney currently serves as Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Greater Adirondack Home Aides, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Directors of World Awareness Children's Museum.
Ms. Mahoney's practice areas are in Trust and
Estate Administration, Trust and Estate Planning, Real Estate Law and Municipal Law.
