Eileen M. Haynes,
was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1966. She was admitted
to the New York State Bar in 1997, the Vermont
Bar in 1995 and the U.S. District Court, Northern
District of New York in 1997, U.S. District Court Vermont in 2003 and U.S. Court of Appeals for second circuit in 2005. Her preparatory
education was at Cornell College where she received
her B.A in 1987. Ms. Haynes legal education was
at Vermont Law School where she received her J.D.
cum laude in 1994. While in law school, Ms. Haynes
was a member of the Vermont Law Review (1992-1994)
and was its Business Manager (1993-1994).
Ms. Haynes joined
the firm in 2000 as an associate attorney and
became a principal in 2003.
Ms. Haynes was
a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Richard
W. Norton, Bennington Superior Court (1994-1995)
and the Honorable Francis B. McCaffrey, Rutland
District Court (1995-1996).
Ms. Haynes is a
member of the Warren County, New York State and
American Bar Associations.
