Jonathan C. Lapper,
was born in Bethpage, New York in 1960. He was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986, Massachusetts
State Bar in 1985, and the U.S. District Court,
Northern District of New York in 1986. His preparatory
education was at the State University of New York
at Binghamton where he received his B.A. in 1982.
He also attended the London Polytechnic Institute
in London, England. Mr. Lapper’s legal education
was at Boston University where he received his
J.D. in 1985.
Mr. Lapper moved
his law practice to the firm in 1998 and has been
a principal since 1999.
Mr. Lapper was
Special Counsel, Town of Queensbury Zoning Board
of Appeals (1994-1997). He is a member of the
Board of Directors, Queensbury Economic Development
Corporation (1999-) and a member of the Board
of Directors of the Prospect Child and Family
Center.
Mr. Lapper is a
member of the Warren County (Director, 1994-1996),
New York State, and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Lapper’s practice
areas are primarily Real Estate Law, Real Estate
Finance, Zoning Law, Planning and Land Use Law.
