Malcolm
B. O’Hara,
was born in Hudson, New York in 1955. He was admitted
to the New York State Bar in 1982 and the Florida
and New Jersey State Bars in 1983. His preparatory
education was at Colgate University where he received
his B.A. in 1977. Mr. O’Hara’s legal education
was at Albany Law School of Union University where
he received his J.D. in 1981.
Mr. O’Hara joined
the firm in 1981 and has been a principal since
1987.
Mr. O’Hara is
a member of the Warren County (Director, 1988-1990,
1998-2000, 2008- ), New York State, New Jersey, and
Florida Bar Associations. He has served as
President of the United Cerebral Palsy Association
of the Tri-Counties, Inc. Vice-Chairman of
the Adirondack Regional Chambers of Commerce and president of the Federation of Bar Associations of the Fourth Judicial District.
He is currently
a director of the Adirondack Community College
Foundation and a member of the Warren County Republican
Executive Committee.
Mr. O’Hara’s practice
areas are Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Claims,
Commercial Law and Labor Law.
