Martin D. Auffredou,
was born in Newburgh, New York in 1961. He was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1989. His
preparatory education was at the State University
of New York at Oswego where he received his B.A.
in 1983. Mr. Auffredou’s legal education was at
the Western New England College School of Law
where he received his J.D. cum laude in 1988.
While in law school, Mr. Auffredou was a member
of the Western New England College School of Law,
Law Review (1986-1987). He is the author of “Forecasts
for Discretion: An Analysis of Brown and Eklof,”
Vol. 9.2, Western New England College School of
Law, Law Review.
Mr. Auffredou joined
the firm in 1989 and has been a principal since
1995.
Mr. Auffredou was
a Law Clerk to the Honorable D. Brock Hornby,
Associate Justice, Supreme Judicial Court of Maine
(1988-1989).
Mr. Auffredou is
a member of the Warren County and New York State
Bar Associations.
Mr. Auffredou’s
