Philip
C. McIntire,
was born in Glens Falls, New York in 1943. He
was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1968.
His preparatory education was at Bowdoin College
where he received his A.B. cum laude in 1965,
and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. McIntire’s
legal education was at Harvard University where
he received his J.D. in 1968.
Mr. McIntire joined
the firm in 1969 and has been a principal since
1974.
Mr. McIntire is
a member of the Warren County and New York State
Bar Associations.
Mr. McIntire’s
practice areas are Estate Planning, Elder Law,
Trust and Estate Administration, and Real Estate
Law.
