Patricia E. Watkins,
was born in York, Pennsylvania in 1952. She was
admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983. Her
preparatory education was at Duquesne University,
Pennsylvania State University where she received
her B.S. with distinction in 1974. Ms. Watkins’
legal education was at Albany Law School of Union
University where she received her J.D. cum laude
in 1982. While in law school, Ms. Watkins was
the Notes and Comments Editor for the Albany Law
Review, (1981-1982).
Ms. Watkins joined
the firm in 1983 and has been a principal since
1989.
Ms. Watkins is
a Senior Law Examiner for the New York State Board
of Law Examiners (2001-). She was a Law Examiner
(1987-2001).
Ms. Watkins is
a member of the Warren County and New York State
Bar Associations and serves as a member of the
Executive Committee of the Real Property Section
of the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Watkins’ practice
areas are Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, Estate
Administration and Corporate Law.
Ms. Watkins currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Adirondack
Girl Scout Council, and the Glens Falls Symphony
Orchestra.
