Our firm was established in the 1940s by a few local attorneys, looking to make a difference. Although the firm has evolved through the years, the tradition of providing the upmost legal expertise and commitment to our clients continues.

The growth of the law firm has allowed Bartlett, Pontiff, Stewart, & Rhodes, P.C. to be known as one of the largest law firms in the Capital District and in northeastern New York. The deep roots it has in the community has allowed the firm to not only grow internally but to help our clients and the community grow and expand as well.
