Elisabeth B. Mahoney was a speaker at the 2011 Aging Well Forum presented by The Glens Falls Home, Inc., and hosted by SUNY Adirondack on October 22, 2011.
Ms. Mahoney’s topic, "Legal Considerations When Appointing an Agent" focused on the role and responsibilities of the executor, trustee, agent and other fiduciaries in an estate plan, and what should be considered in choosing a fiduciary. This was Ms. Mahoney’s third year presenting at the Forum, where she has also lectured on the topic of "Estate Planning 101."
